Come Shop With Me: Luxury Winter Finds for Aspen & Vail

Our trip to Aspen and Vail was booked and ready to go, but my cold weather wardrobe was not. Living in a warm climate, there’s never much of a reason to own thick clothing, boots with traction, or snow gear except for our yearly ski weeks. I knew I needed to pick up a few luxury pieces to complete my outfits and wanted to snap some pictures to show you what I was eyeing and buying. I love incorporating designer items into my looks but always mix them with affordable basics to balance everything out. Thermal layers, thick socks, oversized teddy coats, and snow goggles are easy to grab at great price points, and then I add in a few statement luxury pieces to pull the whole look together.

My first stop was Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. I found a few cold-weather boots, but my favorite and the pair I picked up were the Moncler beige boots. They’re made specifically for the snow and have solid traction, perfect for walking through town on slippery roads. After that, I stopped by Louis Vuitton where they had some great winter accessories, including shawls, bucket hats, gloves, and scarves.

Of course, it wasn’t exactly necessary, but I had to make a quick stop into Patek Philippe to check out some of their stunning new watches. While I was there, my shopping assistant showed me the Patek rings, designed to complement different watch collections like the Nautilus, Twenty~4, and Calatrava. My favorite watch collections are the Twenty~4 and Nautilus, and when it comes to rings, I love the Nautilus collection in rose gold which is set with 48 diamonds. (Not shown in picture)

My next and last stops were the most important. I stopped into Christian Dior and Chanel, where I found plenty of cold-weather outfits and snow gear. The white Chanel boots I picked up are perfect for walking around town and go so well with my Winter Whites monochromatic looks. I also tried on some Dior sweaters and ponchos that will be perfect for spring. My new Chanel beanie and scarf with matching CCs are classic pieces that I’ll wear for years, whether I’m up in the snow or just enjoying a chilly coastal day.

This was my first shopping and fashion post, but I can’t wait to write and share more detailed ones where I’ve remembered to take more pictures of styling and purchases. Shopping for winter pieces was such a fun experience, and I loved mixing practical cold-weather finds with statement luxury pieces. Next time, I’ll be sharing even more outfit details, styling tips, and must-have pieces from my shopping trips. Stay tuned for more.
